A brief overview of the Industrial Vacuumation Process

Industrial Vacuumation generally involves the pneumatic conveyance of spilled or stored material within a production facility.

It is a highly efficient and versatile process for removing salvageable materials or industrial waste contained in tanks, containers, surface impoundments or process vessels. Using high suction velocities, the vacuum units can convey almost any material that will fit through a six-inch hose over a distance of up to 30m. Material or waste is deposited into truck-mounted collector modules, for transportation to ultimate recovery or disposition.

Heavy duty vacuum units are also suitable for suctioning, discharging and transporting fluid and hazardous substances, such as liquids, sludge, fats, oils, fuels, chemicals and industrial products. Industrial Vacuumation offers a safe, reliable solution for cleaning up industrial waste, recovering and recycling valuable raw materials and ensures on-going productions while maximizing quality and efficiency.
